Counter Strike to Depression

This thought should cover full brain space and widely spread this sense to surroundings which will establish the thought that they are superior to others

When I saw the news on June 14, 2020, that Sushant Singh had committed suicide due to depression, anxiety, etc. I could not stop myself from going to war with it and pointing out some remedial measures to mitigate its effects because I too emerged from this by winning this fight, and that is why I am writing this. Sushant’s life can also be a fully luminous life as the matter depends on the mental state of the person. It depends on how the brain flows, the observation of the brain works on the issues in front of the person, and how the person reacts to the upcoming situations.

The act of suicide is executed only when the space in the brain of an individual is occupied with 100%  thought to execute it and did not find any way out to live life. The circumstances that forced him to establish this thought in the brain maybe, any financial failure, social failure or not being able to cope up with his own condition to have a little thought of survival in individual matters.  Life is precious than any financial status crisis, social agony, social ignorance, insult, humiliation, harassment, failure in moving of day to day life, or affected by any other human emotional touches. All these come in the category of emotional touches whether these are affectionate or hateful, that affects the mind, body, and soul. These emotional phenomena convert into striking effects to the individual and thereafter affect the mind, then body, then soul, which tremendously affects heart functioning i.e. heart-sinking or blood pressure fluctuations. As the social and family behavior towards the individual are not conducive and that mostly affects the surroundings. Their life becomes hell and then they make up their mind to execute and escape from the suffering of body and soul.

A depressed person is said to be having a negative attitude towards all the things going on in a day to day life, even after having strong emotional sensitivity or may I say more percentage of working brain space. I am not a Doctor but have the self experience to control emotion to avoid the depression by diverting emotion by making more space in the brain with the thought of something else. Let me say, depressed people are the elements in universe as a human being, for observation of negativity and leave positivity in nature, the welfare and joy of the materialistic world, to the others. In other sense, to keep the natural balance of energy they are observant of negativity or in other words, it could be construed firmly that they are life-giver to the well-being of positive persons, whose brain activeness or sensitivity or emotion is less. They are life-giver or donors to nature and should think that their purpose of life is to keep existing for other human beings. This thought should cover full brain space and widely spread this sense to surroundings which will establish the thought that they are superior to others because of above concept and a sense of desirelessness will emerge from their soul which shall automatically lead to them to live a beautiful life for others without having competitive behavior which enhances the anxiety in case of their failure and the, again and again, to go on competition causes depression.

A person even after being well, suffers from depression and executes the act of suicide due to the fear of failure or missing or death or other factors, best known to the departed soul. These factors remain in the subconscious mind even the cent percent space of  brain is covered by the other thought  which does not affect the flow of mind. we have to stop re-emerging of these effecting thoughts in mind again and again by establishing a zone of thought of desirelessness in mind/brain. All karmic execution is to be carried out with this emotional power so that the results also come favorable and these actions are to be benefited to others for which depressed persons are generated. There is no question of failure in this mindset as even failure of self will become a reason for the happiness of someone else and enjoy this state of mind.

When a depressed person will come to known all these factors and purely acknowledge to his purpose of life, he may best utilize a precious life and could be saved even in contradictory situations surrounding the individual. He has to divert his emotions to the brain for making space for desirelessness and this thought will empower him very surprisingly to a more joyful and happy person than the positive thought person. This practice of living and establishing or diverting brain thoughts to other worlds of imagination far from prevailing situations will keep away from any thought coming to suicidal tendencies and purposeful life will be saved and lived.
